   We collect the following information from you when you register with the AMWSLAI Member Online Inquiry System:

   • AMWSLAI Member ID
   • Birthdate
   • Mobile Number
   • Email Address
   • Log-in credentials and verification details.

   1. To authenticate your identity and membership for the registration and log-in processes in the AMWSLAI Member Online Inquiry System. During the registration processing you will be asked for the following:
      
      
      • AMWSLAI Member ID: To identify who registers in the system.
      • Birthdate: To verify your identity as member.
      • Mobile Number: To verify your contact information, to further verify your identity using a One-time pin (OTP) and for further communication regarding your transactions with AMWSLAI.
      • Email Address: To verify your contact information, to further verify your identity using a One-time Pin (OTP) and for further communication regarding your transactions with AMWSLAI.
   2. To provide you with access to your member loans, contributions and transactions.
   3. To process and respond to your inquiries, requests or concerns regarding your membership.
   4. To check the functionality and user experience of the member online inquiry system in order to improve our services.
   5. To facilitate communication and to send you important notifications, announcements, updates, or other pertinent information.
   6. To ensure legal adherence and to comply with applicable laws, regulations or legal processes.
   
   
   
4. How do we collect your personal information?

   We collect, use, and process the personal information you provided through electronic or automated means to proceed in the registration and log-in processes.

   
   
5. How do we store the personal information collected?

   AMWSLAI ensures that all personal information collected is stored and maintained appropriately and are protected from any accidental or unlawful processing, destruction, alteration or disclosure through adequate security measures. Further, personal information shall be securely retained in accordance with the AMWSLAI Retention Policy or pertinent laws or standards, whichever is longer.
