The AMWSLAI Member Online Inquiry System is a web-based online inquiry system that allows you to safely and conveniently access your profiles and accounts with AMWSLAI. The following transactions can be done using the system:
- Register for an account on the system
- Submit an inquiry or request for assistance
- Interact with our online chat or messaging services
We collect the following information from you when you register with the AMWSLAI Member Online Inquiry System:
- AMWSLAI Member ID
- Birthdate
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Log-in credentials and verification details.
- Device information, IP address, and access logs.
We only collect information necessary to verify your identity and eligibility as well as to provide, maintain, and secure your access to the member online inquiry system.

Why do we need to collect your personal information?
We collect your personal information for the following:

To authenticate your identity and membership for the registration and log-in processes in the AMWSLAI Member Online Inquiry System. During the registration processing you will be asked for the following:
- AMWSLAI Member ID: To identify who registers in the system.
- Birthdate: To verify your identity as member.
- Mobile Number: To verify your contact information, to further verify your identity using a One-time pin (OTP) and for further communication regarding your transactions with AMWSLAI.
- Email Address: To verify your contact information, to further verify your identity using a One-time Pin (OTP) and for further communication regarding your transactions with AMWSLAI.
- To provide you with access to your member loans, contributions and transactions.
- To process and respond to your inquiries, requests or concerns regarding your membership.
- To check the functionality and user experience of the member online inquiry system in order to improve our services.
- To facilitate communication and to send you important notifications, announcements, updates, or other pertinent information.
- To ensure legal adherence and to comply with applicable laws, regulations or legal processes.

We collect, use, and process the personal information you provided through electronic or automated means to proceed in the registration and log-in processes.

How do we store the personal information collected?
AMWSLAI ensures that all personal information collected is stored and maintained appropriately and are protected from any accidental or unlawful processing, destruction, alteration or disclosure through adequate security measures. Further, personal information shall be securely retained in accordance with the AMWSLAI Retention Policy or pertinent laws or standards, whichever is longer.

We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law, as prescribed by existing and applicable rules or regulations or if necessary, to protect the Association rights and interest.
